Recruitment : Program Officer, Research & Policy

We are looking for a Program Officer to join our team!

Program Officer position is needed to support Program Manager in implementing and monitoring a certain project (e.g daily reporting, project management, monitoring, communication and build partnership) and ensure a successful performance from all project activities, with an extensive coordination with other team members.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and monitor the project work realized through data, strategic project oversight and frameworks, including reporting of the project.
  2. Preparing the TOR and update report in narratives in daily activities, monthly, quarterly, and final report.
  3. Preparing the project activity, including managing and supervising project assistant’s work.
  4. Documenting and publishing the project activity by coordinating with media team actively.
  5. Work with researchers’ team, communities, and stakeholders of the project and in a wider level to develop solutions to issues facing communities and team. Candidate will also be integral in the development of impact and outcomes.
  6. Build partnership and working closely with project key stakeholders including government agencies, CSO and media.
  7. Monitor progress and quality of activities at field level.
  8. Inspect on daily basis activities at field to ensure adherence to agreed standards and processes
  9. Monitor the delivery, handling and utilization of materials at field.
  10. Perform other tasks requested by Project Manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Education & Knowledge:

Minimum Hold Bachelor degree (in any major), preferable social and/or humanity science.

  • Experience:

Minimum have 4 years of work experience as Project Officer

  • Languages:

Excellent oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

  • Personal Skills & Abilities:
    • Sound interest and knowledge of religious diversity and violent extremism issues;
    • Commitment to humanitarian and human right principles and values
    • Strong interpersonal skills;
    • Honest and strong integrity;
    • Experience in the development of in-depth research and the development of evidence-based data;
    • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions;
    • Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contract;
    • Strong organizational skills and able to coordinate and manage a diverse array of activities and stakeholders;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
    • Accurate and precise attention to detail;
    • Goal-oriented, organized team player;
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Financial System;
    • Ability to perform administrative and financial reporting;
    • Accurate an precise attention to detail;
    • Ability to work well with team, and stakeholders at all levels;
    • Goal-oriented, organized team player;
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;

 

Contract Duration

August 3, 2020 to January 2, 2020 with possibility of extension.
